Our parent company, L’AINE Services Limited, was founded in 1994 by Dr. Mrs. Ellen Hagan with a pioneering vision to perfect the most important part of any business: its people. The name “L’AINE” is French for “the firstborn” or “the eldest,” and it captures our dream of being the trailblazer of our chosen industry.
From producing Ghana’s first management training videos in 1998, to launching HR Focus Magazine, the country’s first and only dedicated HR publication, to building the HR Focus Awards Scheme, we have consistently created the firsts that the African HR community now takes for granted.
